As a life long resident in the Wood River area I have had the pleasure of making friends from working within our community for many years and look forward to making more. I am a 1991 Graduate of Roxana Community High School. Married Patrick Frymire, an East Alton-Wood River Alumni, in the Spring of 1999, and made our happy home for our family and welcomed our son in 2002. In recent years I have attended Lewis and Clark Community College and received my Associates in Applied Science for Web Design and later a certification in Real Estate. My family and I remain committed to civic involvement and making a difference in our community. Real Estate gives me the opportunity to help others whether it be finding their dream home, selling their property to fulfill retirement goals, or finding that investment property, and so much more. Loyalty matters when it comes to finding the right person for such a milestone event such as buying or selling your home, I hope to give you that piece of mind and confidence and stand by your side to complete your dream.
As of 2022 I have continued to address new market strategy and further my knowledge through the National Association of REALTORS® by earning my the C2EX REALTORS® Commitment to Excellence. This endorsement represents dedication to practicing real estate at the highest professional standards.
Following in those footsteps, I have since completed my designation course as Senior Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) The Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation giving me the knowledge and expertise to guide homebuyers and sellers over the age of 50 through major financial and lifestyle transitions. Gaining the resources that will help me better serve seniors.
In 2023 furthering my knowledge of real estate I successfully completed my education to acquire my managing brokers license. I currently am a licensed managing broker through the state of Illinois and continue to learn and gain more understanding of the real estate process and management. Earning my ABR® Accredited Buyers Designation in Spring of 2024. I will continue to push myself to go beyond the required education for personal growth for my clients benefit. So they have the best representation possible.
